Return Process

  Securely pack the electronics in their original anti-static packaging and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Laboratory

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked delivery to our inspection facility.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 3-5 business days.
